Outreachare grant requests sent in for performers
- 7 site plan/booth plan figured out
- 7 Band and performer communication: schedule, equipment
- 7 press release to web based communities
- 7 press release to weeklies
- 7 PA system confirmed or reserved

Setup
July 20
- Clean up classroom
- Set up classroom for LAN and classic vids
- Set up meeting room for kids' area
- Pick up rugs and pillows from City Repair
- Talk to neighbors about car parking
- Put up signs in parking lot: no cars!
- Signage in building: bathrooms, label rooms, etc.
- Small tent pickup???
- Pickup dunk tank
- Pickup tables
- Get a good night's sleep
July 21
- OMG!! Freak out! Then breathe and think of rainbows and kittens.
- Early: fill dunk tank
- Early: small tent setup
- Early: pick up donuts/coffee for volunteers?
- Greet volunteers: we love them!
- Put out tables and chairs
- Pick up lots and lots of ice, and keg cups and garbage cans if we need them (Liane)
- Take down any remaining terminals in the classroom, set up lights if needed, help Backspace set up LAN tables, sort out chairs, and set out Silent Auction items
- Info booth setup (Shawn/Ali) - make a big sign
- Smashtacular setup
- Kids' area
- Help setup food area
- Receiving area
- Beer garden
