Marketing Strategy

Pricing Structure

• $40 flat fee for all pickups, PLUS
• $10 per each monitor
• $1 per inch (diagonal measurement) for televisions (limit to 27" or smaller)

Guide for Front Desk

• Receive phone calls and send an email to pickups at freegeek.org
• Pickup email will have:
  • date of pickup
  • contact person name/address
  • pickup location
  • contact person phone number
  • date and time of pickup
  • note sections for special situations
• Dave. Jeff and Matteo will look at the pick up and determine if they are able to do it. If not they will send an email to core@ to ask for help.

• Drive Instruction Manual:
  • filling out donation slip for posting
  • how to collect money (checks with Drivers license)
