** Respond to requests from media, and schedule interviews/photo sessions with appropriate staff members and volunteers
* fostering community partnerships
* responsibilities also include a few floor shifts a week
* could create tracking system for how volunteers hear of FG, where they come from
* Assist with organizing events to build community internally and externally.
* work with other collective members, satisfying Free Geek's needs with with Outreach programs.
** outreach to businesses for gizmo donations that match our needs
** attract appropriate volunteers build and adoption programs
** help the store design advertising campaigns

Well, some would include:
* Improving the brand recognition of Free Geek in Portland and elsewhere
* Drive new business to the store 
* Drive new volunteers to FG
* Drive new institutional recycling contracts to free geek (make presentations at colleges, corporations, etc.)
* Attract individual hardware donors
* Attract corporate hardware donors
* Attract individual and institutional philanthropists
* Lay some groundwork for annual campaign
* Pursue grants to acheive the aforementioned

** grantwriting responsibilities: attend Opt Prime, Council & Grantwriting meetings, research & apply for grants based on FG needs, help overhaul PPS'
