Complaints should be submitted by email to hr@freegeek.org. Staff members should use your free geek email account when submitting the complaint to ensure the complaint will be correctly sent to HR. Staff members should include the word &amp;quot;complaint&amp;quot; in the subject of the email, and provide sufficient details for allowing Free Geek to act on the complaint.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any staff member who believes a violation of the collective bargaining agreement is occurring should note this in the text of the complaint.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If confidentiality is called for, staff members should submit the complaint in writing to a staff collective member of their choosing. That staff collective member will then forward the content of the complaint to hr@freegeek.org, removing names as necessary to ensure confidentiality.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Free Geek will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within one business day of receipt, and report back to the complainant any follow-up action taken within two weeks&lt;br /&gt;
