-Thanks for your question.  When you donate a computer or anything with memory it goes directly to our secure data area where we remove the hard drive and destroy or triple wipe it depending on the specs.  Here is a link to our data security procedures as well as a link to the DBAN software you can pick up here if you want to take the extra step to do it yourself.  I hope this answers your questions.
