This is part of managing our 403(b) plan. We had an ad hoc committee that was set up when we started the plan. From time to time C7 has functioned as this, but we need a real, documented committee that looks at the plan from time to time and is responsible for deciding things like "do we stay with Valic or go elsewhere?" and "what options do we present to plan participants?"
