The Free Geek [[Library]] uses [http://obiblio.sourceforge.net/ OpenBiblio] as its software. You can reach it at http://library.freegeek.org .

The software is installed and some of the books have been catalogued; there is a barcode reader set up by the terminal in the library that aids entry by reading in ISBN numbers (the basic process is at [[Basic initial cataloguing]]).

Before we can figure out our shelving system (which will be mostly based on LOC #s, which are looked up in the process of cataloguing)

Before we can use this software to check books out to people, we need to be able to:
* Integrate with the database? So we don't have to re-enter the info for users.
* Add documentation (the help pages are blank)/ change interface so that it's usable for the front desk folks
** This includes making the "overdue books report" very easily reached
* Install a bar code scanner at the front desk
