Biggest needs here are some redundancy in our staffing to better cover breaks and vacations and to eliminate burnout.&lt;br /&gt;
I think this would best be done by crosstraining a couple existing staff in order to perform basic, life-support work in the store, such as working the floor, shopping for and preparing goods, but not handling cash or running the till (this is hardest to maintain over time, since it requires perfect knowledge of policy/pricing, as well as some &amp;quot;chops&amp;quot; to not make a mistake.[[User:Tonyc|Tonyc]]&lt;br /&gt;
