With The new policy with store boxes and warranties, i suggest we work on getting in the habit of double checking information on adopters/builders too. This should be pretty easy, as long as we can just look up an adopter by their number to see if they qualify for support. This would help us to weed out those people who are past the initial year, or otherwise don't get support. Also prevents people from buying store boxes and saying they adopted them, etc (i don't think its currently a problem, but it is a possibility). ([[User:Evilgold|Evilgold]] 03:47, 10 May 2009 (UTC))
