I was dropping the original content of my email to reuse. Obviously this mainly conflicts with some of the prerequisites outlined by richard. I put this here only so i could easily reference it when looking at the main page.

To start:

that adds up to 27. At present, we have 37 categories. That would
already be a significant improvement.
