Tony's recommendation for the website:

Job postings are a cluttered business on our site. remember to make sure
and set the post to be single column, in order to use the whole width of
the frame for the text + the table with all the info.

to do this, scroll down a bit, past the actual posting to the area called
"Custom Fields"

Select "Add New Custom Field" and from the dropdown, select
"FG_Single_Column"

then tab over to the value area and type "true"

hit the "Add custom field" button, and now the post will display using the
full width.

If you don't do this, the posting will be stoopid squished.
