As I read the plan on March 6, 2005 it looks well thought out.
I may like to throw in the idea of combining card and motherboard sorting, eval 1 & 2 and a little testing. Put these into one location and work it like build. What I am thinking is that you could more easly set up volunteer teachers and staff to man one location that to run back an forth between 4 (trying to rember whats going on in each). this would also be good for volunteers going throught the program as they would more easly slide between the tasks, and may even get more out of the experience. -mattBell
