Ok, this is my first draft: the bolded sections were added to make it a bit easier to skim, since it's so long. However, i think it's still too long and needs to be condensed a bit.

		+	:Anything 3 years old is likely to be outdated and can use some reworking. It is probably time to revisit the issue.
