Freegeek does not keep, refurbish or sell UPSes at this time. All UPSes are recycled.
Cut the power cord and place in the wire bin.
Remove the battery or batteries, and keep seperate for the battery recycler.
Remove covers and place either in the plastics of metal bin. Note: items placed in the plastics bin must have all metal parts removed.
Remove significant aluminum or iron components (if practical) and place in the appropriate bin.
The remaining components are to go in the CBM bin.
