Parmesan cheese, NOT grated MUST be shredded. Cello brand is awesome!

Slice zucchini and fresh tomatoes. You can do this as you go along.

Zucchini Tomato Bake

If you've never had this prepare for yum!

Zucchini Tomatoes Parmesan cheese, NOT grated MUST be shredded. Cello brand is awesome! Butter

Lightly butter baking dish. Slice zucchini and fresh tomatoes. You can do this as you go along. Layering goes as such: Zucchini, tomatoes, parmesan cheese SHREDDED! Dots of butter. End with Cheese on Top with the Dots of Butter.

I've always used canned tomatoes drained which makes dish juicy, have wondered how fresh works!
