Formatting changes
I did some formatting to this document, to make it easier to read in the Wiki.
What started as a very straightforward project became complicated part way through. I had difficulty understanding the original format, so it's possible I made significant errors in reformatting. I did my best, and hopefully the next grants-committee person who looks at this will correct any errors. --Pete 22:09, 26 Dec 2005 (PST)
