HR proposal to include, mostly approved by staff with a few caveats:
"you will be denied for a vacation request if you ask for any day that overlaps with 2 other people who are on vacation or conducting interviews. "
needs to be incorporated under "approval" section.
should use the word "unavailable" but should convey that this only applies to folks who are usually available on that day.
