I do quite a bit of the reviews & interviews. I do some documentation from time to time.

Mostly budgeting

• Outreach

• Inreach

I am the primary responder to info@ & volunteer@ emails. I organize Volunteer Rewards events such as BBQ, Pastry/Coffee, etc.

• PR

Sporadic website maintenance. I respond to a bunch of media/press inquiries for info.

• Commies

I am the contact person for the Community Builders workgroup, therefore I am responsible for answering (or deciding who to poke to respond) any emails that are directed to the commies email list. These usually include requests for FG's presence (tabling, presentation, etc.). More recently, I've taken on the role of being the point person for all neighborhood dropoffs/recycling events.

• Events

My time is voraciously consumed by the beast known as Geek Fair/Holiday party during these events.

Floor Shifts

• Laptops - 4 hrs/week
• Receiving - 7 hrs/week
• Floater/Stocking - 4.5 hrs/week
• Teaching Adoption Class - 3.5 hrs/week
• PreBuild - 2 hrs/week

Other scheduled stuff

• Beancounting - 1.5 hrs/week
• Bookkeeping - 2 hrs/week

E-waste meetings

• Once a month until November 2008.

Other notes

• I spend much of my "free" admin time working on documentation-type projects. For example: going through every page in the HR Category on the wiki and cleaning up/updating them, overhauling the Staff Handbook, updating info/procedures for Laptops & Adoption Class, compiling fact/stat sheets. I clean up FG.
