- this person needs to be the glue of the Sales Committee, making or breaking it depending on his/her ability to keep stuff organized
- he/she needs to demonstrate that he/she has lead/managed a group before, that he/she is detail-oriented and organized
- this person is a Producer, the type of person who coordinates and delegates and keeps the back-end moving
