-Despite the fact that '''FreeGeek Tacoma''' is not authorized by Free Geek to be a "Free Geek" in those precise internal "franchising" terms, the organization, "'''FreeGeek Tacoma'''" <u>'''IS'''</u> duly registered as a corporation recognized by the State of Washington and is therefore legally able to function AS a computer recycling operation which can perform the same activities as '''Free Geek'''.  Also, notice that the corporate name, "'''FreeGeek Tacoma'''" does not include a space between the Free and Geek, as does '''Free Geek'''.
