Who do I talk to about...
- buying something that is not in the store?
- First make sure you check with the people in the store, but beyond this it is handled by the Production Coordinators. Talk to Dave, Jeff or Matteo.
- making a formal complaint about anything at Free Geek.
- Talk to our Ombudsman, who is Dave right now. If Dave is not around, any HR member will do or check the Ombudsman calendar at: Ombudsman schedule
- getting a laptop
- Laptops are sold in the store on a first come - first serve basis. There are no special channels.
- There's something physically wrong with the building.
- Darryl is our facilities guy. Or talk to anyone in Action (you can ask at the Front Desk who that is)
- an injury
- Talk to any staff person.
