-.As far as PowerMac G4s better than Graphites (Quicksilvers, MDD, etc) all we do is remove HDD, battery and extra cards before putting them in warehouse. Eval could do this (or at least remove HDD) similarly to how they currently process PCs.
-Eval could start doing #3 and #4 tomorrow with very little change to instructions, etc since they already process most of these machines under our current procedures. Getting Receiving to identify which macs go to eval and which to mac-eval would probably require some training and assistance - possibly using something like our Mac eval binder with pictures, etc.
