grievance, arbitration, past practices, etc. Elements include timelines, forms, processes, etc. If we look at a few of these, we might have a perspective on how detailed FG needs to be on these sorts of matters.
We've talked about implementing a grievance procedure off and on for more than five years. (It's mentioned in the first draft of the resolution committee policy from December of 2004.)
