I propose the formating and wording changes below. This would simplify reading the information and make it more direct.

-Advocate on behalf of Free Geek with regard to legislative issues that affect the organization. Must maintain awareness of and involvement in public policy creation.

-Demonstrate familiarity with environmental issues as they pertain to Free Geek's values and mission. Awareness of local and state-level issues are particularly important.

-Posses an interest in reuse and recycling as mechanisms for maintaining a healthy environment. A thorough understanding of the recycling process is critical.
