Useful Adoption Class Links
Free Geek Manual
If the manual is not installed, please open the terminal and enter:
sudo apt-get install freegeek-manual

DVD Codecs
The below directions have been superseded. Please use the Getting Ubuntu Restricted Extras option instead.
Copy and paste the following into a terminal window:
sudo aptitude install vlc ubuntu-restricted-extras libdvdread4
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
Note: You will be asked to enter in your password. When you do, you will not see anything on the screen. Just type in your password and hit Enter.
