DVD Issues: If you've installed restricted extras and there is still no playback on DVDs, open a terminal window and enter the following:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

After it has installed, reboot the computer in terminal using sudo reboot


Webcam Testing: If the laptop has a webcam, we'll test this using Cheese. Open terminal and enter the following:

sudo apt-get install cheese

After it has installed, reboot the computer in terminal using sudo reboot
