We are trying to regorganize the budget slightly, so that each staff committee can get a clear picutre on how much money it is allowed to spend in any given quarter. To this end, we're trying to assign the expense categories, each a line item in the budget, to the exisiting committees. There are several line items that are currently shared between committees, and we'd like to reorganize them a bit.

We are trying to regorganize the budget slightly, so that each staff committee can get a clear picutre on how much money it is allowed to spend in any given quarter. To this end, we're trying to assign the expense categories, each a line item in the budget, to the exisiting committees. There are several line items that are currently shared between committees, and we'd like to reorganize them a bit.

Each committee should think about expected and desired projects that they would like to see added to the budget.
