- Work, and teach volunteers to work, in any area at Free Geek, but mostly Laptop Build
- Actively identify operational problems and work with staff members and volunteers to create and enact solutions, especially in Laptop Build
- Answer info@ emails
- Assist with E-waste administration
- Document as necessary, which will be often
- Proactively communicate issues as they arise
