I propose the following limitations on borrowing from the CGL:
- Limit of 4 games at a time
- Limit of 1 console at a time
- Limit of 1 month per borrow
- Group approval or no borrowing of rare items (ie consoles things we only have one of)
- Backup Copies should be used when possible (not original CDs)
- Log all activity in RT and/or have a seperate borrow book exclusive to CGL
