Responsibilities
- coordinate the improvement/development of the volunteer intake process
- work with Education Coordinator to implement volunteer training programs
- work with other staff to ensure volunteer jobs are filled
- create system for volunter recognition and reward
- outreach to potential volunteers in the community (schools, etc)
- create system for filing/addressing complaints
Required Skills
- some computer knowledge
- some hardware knowledge useful but not entirely necessary
- excellent verbal & written communication skills
- familiarity with consensus process
- patience and flexibility
