What makes a good instructor? MacBuild tends to seperate itself from other areas by being, in general, less ridgid in it's teaching structure, schedule, build philosophies, etc. We greatly encourage the expression of new ideas and changes to the way we carry out the shifts. This is a place to innovate. We take on Apple machines because others can't or simply do not have the patience to. To innovate takes a creative and positive mind looking for something more than technology. An instructor needn't be an Apple fan, they should be more! It isn't enough to build a computer; You have to believe in the things you build too. Heart and soul!

A MacBuild instructor should be all of this and able to inspire this in others.
