Tents
Coordinator: Oso
Large tents are rented from Barbur Rentals, cost includes setup and take down.
- 1 large 20' x 50' tent for the music - $500 + $150 for extended legs (10 ft.).
- 1 large 20' x 40' tent for food court - $400
- 1 large 20' x 30' tent for bear garden - $300
- 1 large 20' x 20' tent for kids village - $200
All large tents are ordered and confirmed.
Small tents
- 2 - 10' x 20' These tents are owned by KBOO (free)
- 2 - 10' x 20' Purchase ($200 total) still need to purchase (CostCo/Fred Meyer).
Tables and Chairs
Coordinator: Oso
Tables can be borrowed from St. Phillip Neary Catholic Church (SE 17th and Division), and Southeast Uplift (SE 35th and Main). None requested so far.
