Hi, I'm [http://www.peteforsyth.com Pete Forsyth]. As of fall '09, I'm leaving Portland for "sunny" San Francisco (hey, it's all relative, right?) I volunteered at Free Geek from about 2001 to 2006, focusing mostly on developing a communications strategy and relationships with the media, the Oregon legislature, potential volunteers, and potential donors of hardware and cold, hard cash. I worked extensively on the [[Media Kit]], and worked to get several stories published in various publications, including [[Earth First Article|Earth First! Journal]], [[Lifestyles Northwest article|Lifestyles Northwest]], and the Portland Tribune.

Hi, I'm Pete Forsyth. As of fall '09, I'm leaving Portland for "sunny" San Francisco (hey, it's all relative, right?) I volunteered at Free Geek from about 2001 to 2006, focusing mostly on developing a communications strategy and relationships with the media, the Oregon legislature, potential volunteers, and potential donors of hardware and cold, hard cash. I worked extensively on the Media Kit, and worked to get several stories published in various publications, including Earth First! Journal, Lifestyles Northwest, and the Portland Tribune.
