before Friday

• get the volunteer awards ready
• get charcoal

Friday daytime

• grill prep
• food prep (cut onions & tomatoes, wash lettuce, tray 'em up)
• set-up

• bring these outside: tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, garbage & recycling cans, water cooler, & cups

during the BBQ

• serving ice cream - Ian
• present Volunteer Rewards
• grilling (needs multiple people)- Laurel'

afterwards

• cleanup

• move tables & chairs back inside, pick up any leftover garbage, etc.
