May, 2008

• 1 Ian's first day as Production Co-coordinator

June, 2008

• 1 Shawn goes on State Continued Health Care. She'll pay through Sept., and check-in mid-Sept. to pay for the last 2 months if she wants.
• 6 Hardware Donations Internship posted (posted again on the 13th to Craigslist) - Interview Committee is Laurel & Darryl
• Community Marketing Coordinator position posted, open until filled - Interview Committee is Ali, Dave, Jeff
• 26 - Rob's six month anniversary (two weeks until scheduled last day)

July, 2008

• 1 Charles' first day as Hardware Donations Intern
• 8 Kevin's first day as Community Marketing Coordinator
• Summer staff reviews (Laurel & Dave review committee):

• 18-22: post for Front Desk Internship

August, 2008

• 6: Close Front Desk Internship post
• 12-14: Conduct Front Desk internship interviews
• 15: Hire Front Desk Intern!

September, 2008

• 2 Jessica's last day. She'll have worked 6 months + 2 weeks. She has extended her internship to cover as we hire a new store co-coordinator
• 6 Jacob's last day. He will have worked here 6 months + 2 weeks.
• 9 New Front Desk Intern starts.
• 10 Renee Harger, Front Desk Intern, actually started. She goes for 6 months.
• 10 Ian's mid-probationary goal setting
• 10 Darryl's mid-probationary goal setting
• 15 Check-in with Shawn about whether she wants to pay for state continued health care for the final 2 months. If she doesn't, take her off at the end of Sept. She gave us a check. We need to calculate exactly when she needs to be taken off.
• 20 Revisit Coding/Sysadmin decision made in March
• late September: AAAAGH! Ali starts grad school. We lose half of her work.

October, 2008

• 1 Charles' 3 month anniversary, he should get a review
• 8 Kevin' 3 month anniversary, check in
• 21 Tony's first day

November, 2008

• 15: Make sure Shawn is taken off of our health care coverage by Dec. 1- DONE
• Jeff has also been taken off of our health care coverage effective Dec. 1

December, 2008

• 9 Sam Nelson, new Hardware Donations Intern, first day.
• 10 Renee Harger's 3-month review - Ian and MK
