What if we edit our shelves so that we have 3 groups of laptops:
- Incoming/In Progress
- Problems
- Waiting required
We could group the eval/build/qc process together and subtract the processes that require a lot of waiting. The processes that require a lot of waiting can be grouped together and put at the end.
