This may need clarification. What are the steps to running bat_check? Is the first step to see whether the battery is fully charged? How do you do this? What if it's not fully charged?

Check the changes. I removed the "note" about bat_check at the beginning. For uniformity and relative accuracy, the bat check should probably always be done at the end of the build process. I added a few transitional notes for monitoring the charging and being able to make a decision on whether to charge or not at the end.

I will insert info on checking the charge and how to run bat_check. For the sake of uniformity in testing results, I think the bat_check should be always run as the last step of the build process.
