#20% Restocking fee - When are we going to be charging this?  We should try to lay out specific guidelines so the process can be clear if we do need to use it.  Paul is going to join us in this part of the discussion.

#Safari has gotten really crazy lately.  Last week a bunch of stuff was tipped over and none of us got to take evening breaks and Michael had to stay late.  The week before people were getting grabby.  Paco has a hard time policing everyone when we have such a large group.  What would really be ideal is if we could have two more staff people on this: one more for helping out Paco, and one more for the store.
