A place where we can track discussion with regards to how the store layout works or doesn't work and other general concerns. Also included here is discussion with regards to workflow problems.
Some things which we are in a continual state of discussion about:
- Ways to decrease theft/increase visibility of certain areas
- Ergonomics for the POS systems and counter
- Noise levels in the store
- General placement of items - how to help ensure people can easily find things in the store.
- Method for how things get rung up - issues with keying in sales
