Thrift store meeting - 1/19/11

Facilitator: Paco Taco Scribe: Ian

Old Commits

  1. Ian will come up with Yearly sales report/graph.
  2. Tony will create an action ticket to fix the entrance door for wheel chair.

Discussion

  1. Bulk sales - there is a consistent bulk buyer who wants lots of stuff from us. You already all know about it, but here's the stuff he's looking for so you can help Leah collect/know what's going on: Keyboards and mice, memory, hard drives, power cables.
  2. We need to talk about "customer K." rt #21406 - he's always trying to have us strap him in, and it seems pretty above and beyond what we should be doing for him.
  3. Sales report (the thrift store portion of this at least)
  4. Staffing needs: We need to discuss the store needs in regards to floor coverage, including:
  • staff admin time, hours in other areas/departments
  • transitioning Tony back into store shifts
  • Mike M's temporary position

This discussion will help Tony put together a proposal, which would then go HR (possibly then to Collective?)

  1. New card sorting chart for AT - untested cards which go to the store. Leah will explain, demonstrate, make you go hmmm
  2. New t-shirt inventory sheet, so we can keep better track of what needs to be ordered and what we are running out of first.
