# We need to talk about "customer K." rt #21406 - he's always trying to have us strap him in, and it seems pretty above and beyond what we should be doing for him. Concern about the safety and liability of the ways he wants us to attach big systems to his person and his chair. Uses a lot of cables and time, taking away staff from other duties/customers.-Would need to be consistent with all people, not just him. Tony and Paco will be the go-to people if he needs help in the future. Make sure to explain that we're just following his instruction on how he wants to be attached to his gizmos, and give reasonable help as time permits. We should suggest he bring ratcheting straps in the future, but how he leaves the store is entirely up to him and not our fault, ultimately.

#Is there a maximum amount of time that you can expect a human to work on the store floor with a smile. Different than any other area of FG, where there is an am/pm shift, and nobody is expected to hold the fort all the time. Why is the store different in this respect? Would it be beneficial to explore ways to move toward this direction? Burnout is a very real thing. Even with some hours outside of store, everyone is feeling the burn (except Mike, who is weird). Mike is temporary, and can grind it out without losing "the flame". Since larger changes to schedule and structure are in the works, now is a good time to revisit our overall strategy of staffing store. Floor coverage is delicate, and illness/vacation/hiccups have a huge impact on coverage and work conditions. Things are not meteor proof, and we can't act surprised when things break any more. More communication between areas is always better, such as production areas (AT, Build, Lappies. More perspective will only help sales. Functional minimum for people working in store (1 or 2 shifts per week?)

#New card sorting chart for AT - untested cards which go to the store. Leah will explain, demonstrate, make you go hmmm. With the white board there are some things that we want that don't go to AT. Leah will be hanging a handy sign near card sort (where Mac eval is right now). We'll want to build up a small backstock beneath card display, and watch this board to make sure people know what to send to store, untested.

#New t-shirt inventory sheet, so we can keep better track of what needs to be ordered and what we are running out of first. Laminated sheet to track when we are out of specific sizes/colors. Hanging in back room next to shirts. This should let us track popularity and to make more targeted orders in the future. Not a daily task, but if anyone notices shirts running low, take a moment to update this.
