Criteria for governance proposal

This list is from the Advisory study group on governance's project to propose a governance model for Free Geek. These criteria, roughly grouped, are to be used as a measuring stick for proposed ideas. They were presented to the Council on 2/16/11. A modified version was used for a matrix exercise in March 2011.

PEOPLE

• more democratic

• preserve a low bar to participation
