Sales Committee meeting for 3/16/11

Old Commits
- Tony will clarify Macs and lappies policies on the website. "We still need to change it... some day." C/O
- Meredith will email us about setting up a time for the Online Sales Task Force.
- Santiago has one week to pull items from the old museum for sale. Everything else has an April 6th deadline. - That's today. It WILL be done.
- Ian will ask the Technocrats about camera improvements time-frame. IN PROGRESS.

Discussion
- Online Sales - Who is doing what? Let's plan to discuss the shift of workloads when Santiago is on vacation; who will be participating in the online sales workload? To be discussed further at the OSAC briefing.
- New Store Credit thoughts/training (tony) - Only store staff will be able to issue it. Tech support will NOT be creating store credits; all of that will be handled by the store from this point forward.
