- 1-2 Tb curry powder
- 2 Tb mango chutney
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1-4 sliced apples (peeling them may be advised)
And cook until apples are soft. Add the seitan.
In another pan, heat 1 cup rice milk and 2-4 Tb almond butter together. Add to main dish.
