- With the computer turned off and the switch turned to (D)(video card).
- Place a AGP video card in the AGP slot,or PCI slot (depending on card type)
- Attach the monitor cord and turn the computer on.
- Let the program run until it gives you what the card is.
- Record what the screen says, such as (Voodoo Banshee 16 mgs),or (RIVA TNT 16384kb) ect.
- Turn off computer remove card and start over with new card. It's better (faster)to turn off the computer with the power supply switch rather than powering down (as in following the instructions onscreen).
