Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
Anytime "beef" is mentioned tofu, tempeh, seitan, or any faux meat can be/should be used.
- 1 lb. beef cubes (again substitute soy product/faux meat of your choice)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 lb. noodles or rice
- 1 cup sour cream
COOKING TOOLS
- Skillet
DIRECTIONS
- In skillet cook & stir beef & onions in butter until meat is brown
- stir in garlic & pepper
- cook 5 minutes stirring constantly
- stir in soup and reduce heat
- simmer 10 min
- Stir in sour cream
- serve over rice or noodles.
