:: a lot of notes have been written down and passed to people. i don't expect this to change, though it could be reduced. illegible handwriting has been a minor problem in the past. getting incomplete phone numbers and email addresses have been an occasional problem too. neatness and clarity count here. not a '''big''' deal though.
