Opening Shift
- Set up card sorting
- get new cards to sort.
- pull out overflowing boxes that have been sorted
- post it notes and pens for labeling
- example RAM and motherboards
- meta system movement - make sure systems stacked in a safe manner.
- recycle labels
- keeper labels
- check tools
- phillips and regular screwdrivers for eval 1 and 2
- power supply tester for eval 2
Middle Shift
- restack systems to be the safest
- move hard drives into advanced testing (lockup)
- tools (in the future this may be like recycling's setup)
- set up card sorting with new supplies of cards from the eval areas
- if time do some advanced card sorting
- coordinate with production when you see a need to change the flowcharts, or when they see a change in requirements, to change the flowcharts.
Closing Shift
- make sure systems are stacked in a non threatening way, and in the correct spaces
- make sure all hard drives have made it to advanced testing. (lockup)
- turn off electronics
- check tools
