This is the meta agreement. To participate in Piddly Winks, one must be approved by all active users, and agree to the following terms. Anyone may request to join this agreement by adding their squiggles under "Requests to Join." If you don't know what squiggles are, read Piddly Winks all the way through before squiggling. Once all active participants sign off, you are in.
