Did some research and found that DVD-RW is likely '''not''' to work for us, so I'm reversing my position and will recommend using DVD+RW media for testing.  Also learned of more Linux utilities which may be useful for obtaining unique IDs from discs, etc. --[[User:Gordon|Gordon]] <small><sup>([[User talk:Gordon|talk]])</sup></small> 23:20, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

Improved requirements document and created a (currently empty) [http://bitbucket.org/gmfreegeek/lazers/ Mercurial repo] on bitbucket. eBeth and Dave both emailed me back after reading the document and it will be brought up at the next production meeting.
